Scout Swimming Gala
The second Goyt District Scout Swimming Gala took place yesterday. Kinder entered 2 teams: Kinder Green Kinder Yellow Cobden entered one team, whilst two other District teams participated. Cub Swimming Gala
The annual Goyt District Cub Swimming Gala was held yesterday with all 4 Cub packs from Marple attending. All Cubs that raced did really well for their respective packs. Bradshaw doing the best of the Marple packs, finishing third overall.

1st Marple Scouts are sad to report the passing of cub leader Alan Walker, who lost his brave battle against cancer last week. His funeral will be taking place on Monday 25th June at 1:30 at Christ Church Heald Green, and there is sure to be a huge turnout of people connected to Marple Scouts
