….and so, as the camp closing ceremony passes over with admirable theatrical acts from all 5 patrols, I thought I’d just type a ‘quick’ post dedicated to the incredible guys in charge.
Like a busker reaching the grand finale – now is the time to pitch on behalf of the impressive Top squad on camp here. The activities have been epic and memorable but the hard yards rarely seen.
From the overall logistics in September, through the daily event plans, to the guy who moves 5 benches and washes 30 cocoa cups at midnight. Relentless enthusiasm, creativity, and availability. Somehow? Maybe they even enjoy it?
